We believe UK businesses should never overpay for statutory engineering inspections. CompareEngineering.com is the first dedicated comparison platform for LOLER, PSSR, PUWER, LEV and electrical inspections, connecting buyers with UKAS-accredited providers through a structured request for quotation process.
What we do
CompareEngineering.com operates as a structured request for quotation (RFQ) marketplace. Buyers submit their asset lists and site details through the platform. We match each request to accredited inspection providers based on discipline, geographic coverage and accreditation status.
Matched providers receive the RFQ and submit structured, comparable quotes through the platform within five business days. Every quote follows the same format, covering price per asset, travel costs, contract terms and qualifications, so buyers can make a fair, informed comparison without chasing callbacks or deciphering inconsistent proposals.
Once quotes are received, buyers review them side by side and award the contract to their preferred provider. We handle the introduction, the provider handles the inspection. The result is a procurement process that is faster, fairer and fully transparent for both sides.
